Returns, Refund & Exchange
Returns Policy ::
CityKite has a fair returns policy for the products sold through its network and returns are subject to:
Individual customers who buy direct from CityKite are entitled to refund if the package is returned, unopened and intact within 7 days of purchase. Buyers have to intimate in reasons the advance for returns and obtain our prior approval for the return to be accepted. The term individual buyer means individuals who have not joined our scheme and buy direct, independent distributors who associate with us and individuals who register and join as our promoters and agents.
In the event an independent distributor wishes to return a product that has already earned him a commission, returns will not be accepted.
This policy does not cover all those items specifically stated as not being covered.
Request for return must be made by phone and email supported by copy of payment proof and invoice order as well as purchase order without which the request will not be processed.
Refunds will be made only after receipt and examination of the product and provided it meets the criteria for refund.
Returns or request for returns after 7 days of data of shipment will not be considered under any circumstances.
If any product is returned without prior approval it will not be accepted.
Refund Policy ::
Refunds are subject to our company policy and purchasers must read through the same carefully before making a purchase.
Refunds will be made only on those items that are subject to our returns policy and provided these are approved beforehand by us.
Product must be returned to us unopened and in the same packing accompanied with the packing slip, purchase order and proof of payment for refund to be processed.
Refunds will be made only after examination of the package once it is received and approved.
Independent distributors, representatives and agents who have already availed discount or commission will not be given refund.
Refunds will be made by way of cheque or by reversing credit/debit card payments through the same route from where they were originally received.
Exchange Policy ::
CityKite has a fair exchange policy that works in tandem with its returns policy and is subject to the terms therein as well as the following:
Purchaser, whether he is an individual, a distributor or an agent, must intimate in writing his intention of asking for exchange and obtain our prior approval before returning product for exchange.
Product can only be exchanged for another similar product of the same value if you are asking for exchange for any product of higher or lower value the exchange is not permitted. You must place a fresh order and make payment separately.
Exchange goes through only after we receive the product back in our warehouse, check it and find it meets our criteria.
If you received the package in damaged condition, do not open it, inform us by phone, obtain our approval and return the product unopened in order to qualify for exchange.
